We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, just return the product to one of our shops
and we’ll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally purchased the item.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

Unless faulty, we would like this to be within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Faulty electrical items will be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Thereafter the manufacturer takes responsibility.

Please notify us in advance if you require a refund in order to ensure a manager is in store at that time. You can contact us by email or telephone.

It is important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in perfect condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging, labels and that it’s undamaged and unused.
